Shipping Time
At Kaswords.com, our shipping is determined by the net weight and the destination of the order. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. We cannot calculate exact shipping cost until the order is processed and weighed. During busy times of the year please plan ahead. All orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis.We also offer Shipping through (UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd day Air, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 3-Day, and FedEx 2-Day). We DO ship internationally. We also use other shipping companies for international shipments. All order(s) shipped from our warehouse within three to five business days.
Shipping Address
To ensure fast processing of your order(s), please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by our customer service representative to confirm the order(s). For international customers we DO NOT accept Checks or Money Orders from outside the USA, however, pay pal is an option for international customers. In order to minimize losses and protect the interests of Kaswords as well as our customers in the event a package is delivered to an incorrect address, KASwords requires signature confirmation of delivery on all domestic US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). Customers who wish to decline the signature option for any reason must sign the Delivery Signature Waiver (available here) for any order made (waivers cannot be kept on file). International & Customs
The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs. The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country. Kaswords.com, is not responsible for any items seized by customs. Shipment for International purchases via UPS, FedEx, or other shipping companies are required to have insurance on items shipped. All shipping costs are non-refundable.Cancellations
After an order is in progress, any customer who wants to cancel, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Also, any card declined for non payment of shipping cost, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
Freight Liability
