*We do not ship Internationally or Outside US*At Kaswords.com, our shipping is determined by the net weight and the destination of the order. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. We cannot calculate exact shipping cost until the order is processed and weighed. During busy times of the year please plan ahead. All orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis.
We also offer Shipping through (UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd day Air, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 3-Day, and FedEx 2-Day).
Shipping Address
To ensure fast processing of your order(s), please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by our customer service representative to confirm the order(s).Order Delivery Confirmation
In order to minimize losses and protect the interests of Kaswords as well as our customers in the event a package is delivered to an incorrect address, KASwords requires signature confirmation of delivery on all domestic US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). Cancellations
After an order is in progress, any customer who wants to cancel, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Also, any card declined for non payment of shipping cost, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
