Great "Buckle"
The pin for the "buckle / paperweight" is not screwed in, it's placed in a little baggie. Use of the pin is very much optional. Weight of this "paper weight" I would guess, 8oz. Very solid, fits BIG hands, so when you want to hold down other papers, its uh...easily gripped? Smooth and well worth the money.
