Ninja stars and axes are among the most popular ninja's equipment and are typically used for lobbing, shooting or slashing. The stars are sharpened hand-held blades made from a variety of materials such as nails, coins or knives. These are designed in a number of alluring shapes and are commonly known in the West. On the other hand, the ninja axes are much like the throwing knives, but simply with a different shape.
